That sense of taste runs alongside a career built on knowing how to execute. Years in event planning and luxury hospitality at Auberge Resorts, including opening the Commodore Perry Estate alongside Ken Fulk Inc., trained an instinct for experience at every scale, from an intimate dinner to a property opening. Time in technical project management added the systems thinking to match: the ability to manage complexity, anticipate what can go wrong, and deliver something that feels effortless because the work behind it was not.

Samantha leads each engagement, drawing on a trusted network of designers, coordinators, and local specialists to ensure the work is handled with full attention, wherever it happens. As a RESA certified home stager, she approaches each property with an eye for what will move a buyer. As a luxury travel advisor, she designs itineraries around what makes a trip genuinely memorable. As a property manager, she holds her clients' homes to the same standard she holds her own vacation rental along the coast, a home she manages for others to enjoy.
