That upbringing shaped a particular eye: for the difference between a space that has been cleaned and one that has been prepared around whoever is walking through the door, for the detail that earns no credit because everything is exactly right, for the gesture that arrives before it is asked for.

That sense of taste runs alongside a career built on knowing how to execute. Years in luxury hospitality at Auberge Resorts, including opening the Commodore Perry Estate alongside Ken Fulk Inc., trained an instinct for how a space should feel the moment someone walks into it. Time in technical project management added the systems thinking to match: the ability to manage complexity, anticipate what can go wrong, and deliver something that feels effortless because the work behind it was not.

Eave brings that same combination to every home it touches. Samantha leads each engagement, drawing on a trusted network of partners and local specialists to ensure the work is handled with full attention. As a home stager, she approaches each property with an eye for what will move a buyer. As a property manager, she holds her clients' homes to the same standard she holds her own vacation rental along the coast, a home she manages for others to enjoy.
